Congratulations to Lev Michael, one of 5 recipients of the 2014-15 Distinguished Teaching Award. This is the highest honor the campus bestows for excellence in teaching. Michael joins past Andrew Garrett, Line Mikkelsen and (emeritus professor) James Matisoff among the ranks of current Berkeley Linguistics faculty to have received the award. The award was presented at a lovely and well-attended ceremony at the Zellerbach Playhouse on April 21, 2015. Congratulations, Lev!
